Contact Response Times
I normally respond to / acknowledge most emails within 1 business day - however if I'm out and about (e.g. exhibitions) it may take a little longer at those times.
During holiday times (public and own holidays) I setup an email responder, and respond to emails / phone calls on return from holiday.
Location
I am based in Buckinghamshire (UK), in the Amersham/Chesham area. As my main focus is on making the clocks, I use galleries & exhibitions to display the clocks rather than having my own showroom. In some cases it is possible to make an appointment with me to view certain clocks.
